How Can severe Sharp Chest Pain Be Treated?
Hi I have a shooting sharp pain on the right side of my chest that comes and goes its been through the day and has become more frequent and not as sharp but still noticeable. It seems like it starts from the right side and can sometime feel it in my throat. I have felt it before but not like this.

Hello,
Your symptoms can be related to acid reflux. I suggest doing an electrocardiogram to exclude any cardiac origin of the pain.
I also recommend taking PPI medication to low the acidity of the stomach.
Meanwhile, I recommend using acetaminophen for the pain.
